Forever New Sees 6.22% IRL with True Fit Partnership

According to data from the Fashion Genome, since April, shoppers have been placing more orders than last year in three out of the top four womenswear categories - women's tops, bottoms and shoes. What's more, shopper demand for personalization is also up, rising 89% in April, and over 100% in May and June.

As a retailer focused on empowering women to feel confident and stylish, womenswear retailer and ecommerce innovator Forever New saw the need for personalized digital customer experiences well before the above data was in. The retailer began a major e-commerce transformation with the mission of creating a seamless customer experience. Based in Australia, the retailer was the first to bring True Fit to shoppers in this region.

Forever New's Managing Director Carolyn Mackenzie said this. "True Fit is basically a system about sizing. It carries all the past sizing of the customer so you can get a more bespoke fit for your garment, and it will give you a recommended sizing. All the measurements and body profiles are sitting within True Fit. We’ve seen better conversion rates off the back of it. It’s really good."

In fact, Forever New shoppers using True Fit convert 4x more, and the retailer saw over a 6 percent incremental revenue lift sitewide since partnering with True Fit. The partnership continues to evolve with new initiatives focused on enhancing each shopper's experience.
