Clarks Partners with True Fit to Double Conversion Rates

With its headquarters based in The United Kingdom, many customers have worn Clarks shoes since childhood. Clarks works to ensure that customers can seamlessly transition into their next pair of high-quality, comfortable shoes at any stage in their lives.

With a variety of width options for all of their products, Clarks was aware that their multi-dimensional size and fit options were complicating the overall shopping experience. With the goals of simplifying their size and fit strategy as well as personalizing every touch point of the customer journey, Clarks turned to True Fit for help.

The initial implementation with True Fit led to an 75% increase in registrations from an email marketing campaign, and customers that shop while using True Fit convert at 2x the rate of those who shop without True Fit profiles. Many of these successes are only the beginning of Clarks continued efforts to put its customers first and transform the shopping journey.

Currently, True Fit delivers recommendations to Clarks U.K. and U.S. customers, as well as offers the same ecommerce experience across websites in Spain, France, The Netherlands, and Germany. Customers around the world can have access to True Fit when they purchase from Clarks, and are able to receive accurate product recommendations based on their individual preferences.
