NRF 2019 - Impact, Influence and a Little Runway Fun

True Fit attended NRF 2019 last month in New York City, and what an impactful show it was! We met inspirational and creative people who are disrupting the industry and reshaping the retail experience today. True Fit attended and recapped many influential speaker sessions, including Jeff Gennette of Macy’s, Deborah Weinswig of Coresight Research, Michael Gilbert from Kohl’s and more.

True Fit’s Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer, Jessica Murphy, also spoke at NRF to discuss the importance of personalization, and how True Fit is working to personalize each touchpoint of the customer’s journey. In today’s retail landscape, the customer is taking control of their shopping experiences and the leading retailers are looking for the technology and resources to enhance those experiences.
