This weekend at NRF Retail’s BIG Show, get ready to share, learn, and ROCK with us!
Starting Sunday, January 13 through Tuesday, January 15, we will be exhibiting at booth #1225, showcasing our latest solutions, demonstrating new partner integrations and even hosting a charitable runway show that supports the International Rescue Committee. Plus, we’ll have a 180-degree boomerang camera to capture the fun on the show floor!
At the booth, we will be displaying our two latest solutions, True Insight and True 360, that provide a 360-degree view of a retailers’ consumers, products and BI, enabling them to supercharge their personalization stack and improve shopper experiences.
The first solution, True Insight, offers retailers a collection of dashboards that combines and analyzes their data from their own site as well as resellers, reporting on consumers’ demographics, purchase history, fit consistency, returns performance, and purchase attributes in one aggregated view. The second solution, True 360, provides retailers with a series of individual reports that allows them to visualize each individual shopper by providing data on their profile, demographics, favorite brands and sizes, high affinity brands and personalized style, fit, and size recommendations. This data can be piped into a CRM or CDP to enhance personalization through marketing tactics.
Additionally, we’ll also be sharing integration demos from a sample of our technology partners, showcasing how to personalize every step of the consumer journey. These include integrations with chatbot provider Snaps, marketing automation with Bluecore, B2C CRM with Zaius, omnichannel platform Tulip and PLM platform Backbone.
And we’re not done! On Sunday, January 13th at 1 p.m., True Fit’s co-founder and chief customer officer, Jessica Murphy, will be discussing how fashion retailers are using data to improve everything – from merchandising to product design. Then, at 3:15 p.m., Head of Digital Commerce at ASICS, Sean Condon, and Director of Brand Relations at True Fit, Sarah Hodge, will be discussing the pursuit of a truly 1:1 personalized shopping experience.
