Premium French fashion brand, Ba&sh, recently partnered with True Fit to bring size, style, and fit recommendations to customers across its e-commerce channel. Founded in France by Barbara Boccara and Sharon Kief, this premium Parisian brand prides itself in being made for women by women. The two founders, and best friends, created the brand in order to bring their dream wardrobe to life, and share with other women.
Available in more than 400 stores worldwide, the brand recently partnered with True Fit in order to decrease returns, increase conversion, and improve the overall customer experience. The fashion retailer has implemented True Confidence across its French and US websites, and will expand True Fit to the rest of its European sites as well as Asia.
As a digital innovator, Ba&sh also implemented shoppable videos on their website, to promote their newest collection and allow customers to instantly shop garments directly from the video. These videos also offer outfit inspiration, as they show the items being worn and provide customers with a visual of the garment’s fit, size and style.
