Introducing True Insight and True 360: Putting Your Data to Work

Today at True Fit we are excited to announce the launch of two new products — True 360 and True Insight. Fueled by True Fit's Fashion Genome, True 360 and True Insight give retailers newfound access to their consumer and product data, enabling them to build more robust 360 degree views of customers and power true one-to-one personalization.

True 360 and True Insight grant retailers access to a new type of connected data that brings together product and shopper data points, providing visibility into audience demographics, return and fit details of styles and customer preferences.  This connected view of data enables retailers to power personalized experiences across their entire technology stack, from email campaigns to call centers. These new products support our mission, to help customers find clothing and footwear that they will love and ultimately keep. We strive to not only improve conversion and the shopping journey, but help customers find clothes that compliment their unique style preferences as well.

True 360 brings together demographic data from shopper profiles generated by True Confidence with personalized style, fit and size recommendations powered by True Discovery, to provide retailers with a comprehensive 360 degree view of each individual customer.  This data can be stored in a retailer’s CRM and shared with their existing third party software providers, to strengthen solutions with better customer intelligence and unique recommendations for each shopper and ultimately reduce the volume of outbound API calls. Retailers no longer need to guess or rely on average statistics to satisfy their customers since True 360 ensures each individual customer receives accurate recommendations based on their unique and specific preferences across different variables.

True Insight is a collection of dashboards that leverage the Fashion Genome to provide a comprehensive look into customer and product trends, from customer demographics to fit analysis to return benchmarks.  True Insight is currently made up of five dashboards including the Demographic and Body Shape Dashboard, Returns Dashboard, Fit Dashboard,
Purchase Dashboard, and Attributes Dashboard. These analytics are derived from True Fit’s network of nearly seventeen thousand brands and retailers. True Insight collects single retailer’s data across both their brand site and multi-brand retailers where their items are sold and brings it into one aggregated view. This aggregated view allows retailers to effectively visualize their customer’s individual habits and how they interact with styles to better understand their true target audience and most relevant products. The launch of True 360 and True Insight follow two milestones - True Fit now has over 75 million registered users across the globe, and also launched a partner program to enable technology and service providers to better service apparel and footwear retailers and brands.
