True Insight® is a collection of dashboards for retailers that quickly and easily visualize shopper and fit data across both their brand site and any multi brand retailers where their products may be sold.

Understand your true audience

The Demographic Dashboard gives a view into the physical attributes of a brand's customer base by visualizing gender, age, weight and height. This dashboard helps brands better understand their shoppers and how they change over time.

Returns benchmarking

The Returns Performance Dashboard provides a snapshot view for brands to identify return rates by category and compare them to a same-category index rate so they can define which types of products are most commonly returned.  This dashboard can be viewed by style and category.

Identify fit irregularities

The Fit Consistency Dashboard helps brands understand how each style runs compared to an industry standard so that they can make design updates to increase consistency across styles and provide fit guidance to shoppers.

Identify buying trends accross customer segments

The Purchase Brand & Price Point Dashboard provides a view of the types of purchases the brand's customers are making across True Fit's platform. It helps retailers to understand what brands their customers are purchasing and how much are they spending by category.
